Lisa-Marie is back today for the first time since her surgery to introduce today's videos. There was quite a bit of a stir on her Facebook and on our instagram #BodyRockTv over her decision to have the bump taken out of her nose, but in the end the vast majority of you guys were very supportive of her. The new website is still under development. We have taken hundreds of your suggestions into account, and when we launch the end result you will find a site that is much easier to navigate and understand. You will also be blown away by the daily workoutS (plural) we have in store for you to choose from. New workouts kick off this Monday, October 15th, and we are starting our first week long challenge right out of the gate. Don't miss getting this momentum behind you. September is always a super busy time for most people and NOW is when we can start to look at getting back into it again in a serious way.
