Did you know?

Did you know that just 16 minutes of meditation is equivalent to ONE HOUR of sleep? Pretty cool, huh?  

So I'm no expert on meditation, but I've recently started doing it more often and have found it to really work! I started by asking my aunt, who is the ultimate peace/yoga/meditation aficionado and decided to try it! I mean it couldn't have hurt anything, right!? So I found and tried a few different meditation apps on my phone to help guide me along. Some I liked and thought were good, while others just sounded like noise to me!It all depends on your personal taste. I decided to look some up on Youtube. I came across one that is 28 minutes long and I loved it! I actually fell asleep, which my aunt said means that I really needed it. So  I found that to be quite interesting too.
