Don't Skip Breakfast!

If you've heard the saying 'Breakfast is the most important meal of the day' It's true! So here is a healthy breakfast recipe I like to make.

Steel cut oats Stevia Raisins Cinnamon Almond milk (I use Silk)

Cook the oats Put desired amount into bowl Add almond milk (Desired amount) Add cinnamon Add Raisins Add Stevia (If you like it a little sweeter, one scoop is plenty) Enjoy!
