How does this flawless 51-year-old stay so vibrant, radiant and fit? Elle recently revealed to Redbook that she feels amazing after hitting the big 5-0 and is more confident than she has ever been. She also dishes on her rejuvenating health and beauty secrets which keep her skin ageless and her body toned. Secret #1 - Skin Care: skin care anti aging "I exfoliate my face every day and my body twice a day – I shower in the morning and the evening," Elle explains. "I use a body brush, which boosts circulation, and I always moisturize afterward." It has been proven that body brushing boosts your lymphatic system which releases toxins and impurities.
