Ellie shared a photo on Instagram of her fit physique in a sports bra and leggings after an intense boxing class. Don't push yourself to the extreme, find a balance. "I sometimes beat myself up if I don’t train for few days or don’t do cardio or strength, but you need to give your body and mind a break.
