Might we be seeing a plus size Angel soon? Elsa Hosk and Jack Jagaciak certainly hope so. "I think the whole world is more open to plus-size [models] and I am sure at some point they will be ready for it," said Jagaciak while in Times Square promote VS's new Body by Victoria line. When asked if we can expect to see a plus size model walking the runway for the brand sometimes soon, Hosk said "I really hope so." As Hosk noted, Victoria's Secret hires women from across the globe and across ethnic lines and has never been afraid to celebrate women. This diversity is shown in the new Body line as the sizes range from A to DDD cups and XS to XL. It is a start at least. And it is certainly a start that women in the industry are recognizing that having a range of different body types isn't such a horrible thing. There will always be room for the supermodel look, let's make a little room for a fuller figured look. Why not? We, as a society, celebrate racial diversity so why don't we celebrate body diversity? h/t: Daily Mail Do you follow us on Instagram?
