Who loves coffee? I do, I do! I made a delicious energizing protein shake after my workout this morning by combining two of my favorite things to drink: protein & coffee! The cool thing about this recipe is that you can drink this shake prior to your workout or after your workout-it is up to you! You will need:
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder or use chocolate protein powder if you want a mocha java flavor *
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup coffee (more or less depending on what consistency you like.)
- Blend with a handful of ice cubes until you reach your desired consistency!
