Energizing Coffee Pre/Post Workout Smoothie

Who loves coffee? I do, I do! I made a delicious energizing protein shake after my workout this morning by combining two of my favorite things to drink: protein & coffee! The cool thing about this recipe is that you can drink this shake prior to your workout or after your workout-it is up to you! il_fullxfull.301384704 You will need:
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder or use chocolate protein powder if you want a mocha java flavor *
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup coffee (more or less depending on what consistency you like.)
What to do: 
  1. Blend with a handful of ice cubes until you reach your desired consistency!
