Expectations Risk Reward

People are constatnly tested and it's important to accept certain challenges. I read a quote today along the lines of being happy and not having expectations from anyone. Expectations hurt....well yes they do if the expectations are not met. But what if they are met and exceeded? We are human and with emotions comes expectations. Everyone in life goes through tough times however, broken expectations results in a recipe for frustration and long walks with your mind. Life doesn't have to be all about expectations from others it should be about your own expectations of course. Expecatations within or from others are a risk reward.

You have a choice no matter what you have gone through in the past to start clean with a wide open slate. Maria Robinson says “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” With the new endings you are putting new expectations on yourself and along the way others as well. Each and everyone of us have started something to make a new ending. Remember you are only who you think you are right now in this moment.
