Sage is a great home remedy to get rid of a painful sore throat. In a 2006 clinical study the researchers sprayed a sage solution into the sore throats of patients and checked their pain levels every 15 minutes for 2 hours after the first application. Results showed that the patients found significant pain relief without any side effects.
Home Remedy: Try making a sage tea with honey or agave and lemon.
Rosemary is a great culinary herb but you may not know rosemary also increases your immunity levels and fight pneumonia. Studies have shown rosemary to be rich in antioxidants, which play an important role in neutralizing harmful particles called free radicals.
Home Remedy: Put a sprig or two of rosemary in your oil olive and cook with it or dip veggies in it.
Thyme stimulates the immune system, works as an antiseptic and helps clear mucus from the respiratory tract. Thyme is a great cure for bronchitis, laryngitis, sore throat and whooping cough. Thyme is also excellent source of vitamin A, C, iron, manganese, cooper and dietary fiber.
Home Remedy: Boil or simmer your thyme for 10 to 20 minutes, allowing the thyme to release the medicinal phytochemicals, feel free to add cardamom, cinnamon or peppermint to this tea concoction. Drink and feel relieve from your cold systems.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.
We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
