Carbs are typically related to a big bowl of warm pasta, a morning bagel, sandwiches and, of course, yummy desserts. But, there's another carb culprit you're probably consuming regularly that you're likely leaving out: alcohol.

Remember, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans suggests that we limit our intake of carbohydrates to about 225 grams per day. That means a single glass of hard cider or a malt beverage is about 10 percent of your daily value.
