First we make our Habits - then our Habits make us

After having my daughter I remember trying to do a workout which once seem like a walk in the park or could have been my warm up.  I could not even do one round let alone two regular push ups.  I remember sitting on the floor thinking…..Do  I give up now and accept that my life in fitness is now a thing of the past or do I say well done, good first effort tomorrow is a new day, a new opportunity…. The first thought made me feel sad, beaten and negative.  The second thought gave me fire in the belly hope and faith to continue to try. I remember feeling so discouraged that I had lost so much progress and that my arms, back, legs and core were so weak.  I remember doing cardio and my lungs were burning and uncomfortably pulling my t-shirt down feeling like I had more rolls than a bakery on my stomach. I remember looking in the mirror and wondering if my body would ever look like it used to. I remember feeling lost, angry, hopeless and discouraged so many times. However where your mind goes your body follows.  My dream was to be happy in my own skin, feel healthy, get fit and be a good role model for my beautiful baby girl.  Given up was not an option and when you do not give up change is inevitable. I am not perfect, but I am consistent. I worked hard every day and did the yards.  I held my Faith in my heart and I knew that if I put the work in each day that I would see changes. Sometimes I noticed results quickly, and other weeks I felt like nothing changed, but I kept at it. I had days because I have an awerrrsome Pastry Chef as a husband I ate way too many sweet foods (and still do) and I missed my workouts because I had a little girl that kept me up all night and/or busy or simply life just ran away with time, but I didn't let it break me.  I reminded myself it is just this moment and the next moment is a new opportunity nobody is perfect. What I realised was most important, was it is the decisions I made and we make each and every day that make a big difference in the end.  First we make our habits then our Habits make us. It is a reminder to all of us the power of consistency and our repeated actions, which become our habits and how they can either make us or break us. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
