Fitness Life Lesson Countdown #5: Work with a Trainer
When you start working out for the first time, it's stupid to try and lift weights or train yourself with no experience. If you've never done it before, doing exercise without supervision or training can lead to not only ineffective workouts, but often injuries.
Working with a trainer is the best way to learn how to do things right, which will prevent injuries and promote effective progress. However, a trainer can also motivate you to work harder, help you figure out what the most efficient workouts are for you, and be by your side as you navigate the world of workouts.

In your life, it's time to work with a trainer as well. Mentors don't just offer advice, but they can provide valuable resources you'd NEVER get your hands on. Find someone who can help you learn and grow, and you'll make much faster progress in your life. Mentors come in all shapes and sizes, so keep an eye open for people who can offer you valuable counsel and help in the workout that is your life!
