There's always the temptation to put off for tomorrow what you should be doing today. Whether it's the hated leg day, HIIT cardio day, or abs day, it's tough to just buckle down and do it today. You tell yourself, "I'll be in the mood tomorrow." But what makes you think it will be any easier to do tomorrow? After all, you won't dislike that workout any less! No, the only way to get through that workout is to do it today, hit it hard, and blast through it. Get through that workout today, and do get it out of the way so that you can enjoy the one you do tomorrow! If you have unpleasant work or home tasks, approach them the same way. Get them out of the way BEFORE you sit down to enjoy yourself. Putting the nasty tasks first makes the fun you have after just that much more pleasant.
