Food To Be Fit: Perfect Pumpkin Porridge
I completely came across this recipe by accident...I had some leftover pumpkin puree and wanted to see what it tasted like warmed up. It tasted great, but just wasn't filling enough. I added some oat flour and topped it all off with some tasty other ingredients...voila! Hope you enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp raw almonds
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp goji berries
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Simmer pumpkin puree, oat flour, and pumpkin pie spice on low until hot.
- Place in a bowl and garnish with cinnamon, raw almonds, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut, goji berries, pumpkin seeds & chocolate chips.
