How Your Food Impacts Your Lady Parts

Funny concept, I know. But have you ever eating something and realized that you don't smell all that right down there (and I'm not talking about gas or urine)? As it turns out, for women, the whole "you are what you eat" saying, is a pretty important one, after all.

A nice healthy hoo ha has a naturally acidic pH, as well as a bunch of healthy bacteria that ward off infections and keep everything working like a well oiled machine. However, the foods you eat can influence that pH level, changing the way your lovely lady bits smell and taste. Spices, onions, garlic, red meat, dairy, asparagus, broccoli and alcohol can all affect the natural balance you’ve got going on down below. Fruits and fruit juices may turn things extra sweet. Don't fret though - the effects will only last a couple days after you mow down.

So how do you keep smelling fresh like a daisy? Drink lots of water and eat a balance of fruit, veggies and whole grains. If you're a yogurt over, go for the Greek! Eating yogurt helps the vagina maintain a healthy acidic pH and balance because of its probiotics.
