Food Villains #24: Long John Silver's
While Chick-Fil-A has cornered the market on chicken burgers and the beef burger market has been flooded, there's still the relatively untapped fish fast food market. Unfortunately, Long John Silver's has become the name most people associate with fish and fast food.
You'll find that the average plate of Long John Silver's food has been rolled in flour, dunked in oil, and deep fried to a golden crisp. There are a VERY FEW sautéed or grilled options, but most of the options on the menu is deep fried. While somewhat tasty, they're food is all but guaranteed to clog your arteries.
