Food Villains #5: Fish and Chips
This classic British dish is a favorite in restaurants like Long John Silver's and Applebee's, not to mention pretty much every Irish and English pub around the country. It's a meal you can't help but love, but dang does it pack a lot of calories!
Not only are you eating deep fried potatoes (delicious, but WAY too much saturated fat), but the fish has been dipped in a high-calorie batter and deep fried as well. It's almost like you're eating trans fats and saturated fats, plus far more calories than you need in a single meal.

- 1,930 calories

- 3,180 mg of sodium (nearly 150% of DV)
- 138 grams of fat
