Four Moves to Bigger Guns
If you are looking for a great bicep blaster then look no further. This isolated bicep workout using an incline bench may look easy on paper, but it will have your guns blazing by the time you are finished. In human anatomy, the biceps brachii commonly known as the biceps, is a two-headed muscle that lies on the upper arm between the shoulder and the elbow. This muscle grows the best when worked from all different angles. Doing these against an incline will help isolate each head of the bicep enabling a more growth from all sides.
You will do these four moves as a superset circuit for 12 reps each. You will repeat the circuit three times.
