HAPPY 4TH OF JULY BODYROCKERS!!!!

I hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday.

I just have ONE challenge for you to do this July 4th to keep your fitness momentum going, because I know the temptation to snack and eat some less healthy foods will arise today!

Your 4th of July Fit Challenge is to do...

200 SQUATS!

Break them up if you need to and do sets of 25, 25, 25, 25. Then repeat and you're done!

Challenge accepted? I thought so!
