- 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 ball mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- In a large bowl toss onions, mozzarella, and tomatoes with white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Chill & serve on the side.
