Fried Egg to Go

One more Paleo friendly idea for you. This is gluten free, kids loved & rich of protein. You can keep it vegetarian. Serves: 3 Ingredients: 6 eggs 2 spring onions 1 tbsp parsley 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp pepper optional: 6 slices turkey bacon Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to  400 degrees 2. Place muffin dishes on a baking tray. 3. Chop spring onions. 4. Mix up 3 eggs with parsley, water & pepper. 5. Give it into 3 muffin dishes. 6. Crack the egg directly into the muffin dish 7. Bake for 15 minutes *5. If you love bacon, lay it in muffin dishes first.
