Fudgy Protein Popsicles
A delicious postworkout summer treat that won't bust the waistline!
Ingredients
- Dixie cups
- Popsicle sticks
- 1 cup Greek plain yogurt

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp honey
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into Dixie cups and insert a popsicle stick into the center.
- Freeze overnight.
