Fudgy Protein Popsicles

A delicious postworkout summer treat that won't bust the waistline! Ingredients
  • Dixie cups
  • Popsicle sticks
  • 1 cup Greek plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  Directions
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into Dixie cups and insert a popsicle stick into the center.
  • Freeze overnight.
