This is by far the most simplest of snack ideas, all you need is:
- 150g of Natural Cottage Cheese
- 1 Medium sized Pear
As an example you could change the Pear for anyone of the following:
- Banana (great for pre-workout)
You can buy cottage cheese already mixed with different flavours or foods but they are much higher in sugars and ingredients you are not in control of....
By adding your own accompaniment to the cottage cheese you know exactly what your getting!
Buying pre-made products give you less control over what you feed your body with!
