How to Get Rid of Cellulite

In "Today" is an amazing article from Joey Atlas, who is a Women’s Body Enhancement Specialist with a M.S. in Exercise Physiology.  It was originally posted on Just For Me Today, and its a great article detailing the rules for getting ride of unsightly cellulite, dimples, shadows, and ripples. In order to make your lower-body smooth, tight and attractive, there are 3 steps to follow.
