The A-list actress is a big fan of yoga and Pilates, but it’s what she eats that really rounds it out. The star revealed that she lives by the "Jennifer Aniston diet," which consists of eating a gluten-free, low-carb and high protein diet six days a week. For one day, she allows herself to consume whatever she so pleases.
