Since Tom Brady's Patriots didn't make it into the Super Bowl this year, it seems the Bundchen-Brady family took a Bahamas vacation instead.  Their exercise of choice turned out to be paddle-boarding or stand up paddling (SUP for short).  They were photographed SUPing all around the beach by their rented home. article-0-1B02851C00000578-344_634x394 SUPing has become immensely popular especially in land locked states of late because there isn't a need for any waves.  While you can SUP in the ocean, most will prefer calm seas, the boards are especially suited for lakes as well.  It turns out that SUPing also offers a great workout. If you are paddling hard it is possible to burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories an hour.  Paddleboarding has even been argued to be more efficient than other paddling water sports such as kayaking, canoeing, or Hawaiian outrigger because of the sheer volume of muscles used.  SUPing engages much more core strength in order to keep the body balanced that traditional seated paddling. The amount of calories burned by SUPing depends on the speed and tempo of the paddling.  A light recreational speed or rhythm will burn around 225-300 calories.  As the speed increases so does the calorie count.  In fact Surfinok.com says that, "completing, for example, a 13 nautical mile SUP race against headwinds of 15-20MPH feels like running an entire marathon or finishing a 40k cycling time trial." Definitely a reason to try out a paddle-board on your next trip to the beach or the lake.

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
