Any time you workout, whether it's to one of mine or Lisa Marie's here on Bodyrock.tv/Daily HIIT, or lifting weights in the gym, or crossfit, cardio classes, etc...GIVE IT ALL YOU'VE GOT!!!  What's the point of working out to lose unwanted body fat if you aren't going to work as hard as you can for it?  I get asked often "How is it possible to lose weight working out in such a short period of time?"  They are referring to my 20 minute HIIT workouts.  It is simple.  I push myself to my limit.  Also, be consistent with the workouts.  Doing one a week is not going to make a difference.  Aim for 6 times a week.  That way if you make it to 4 or 5, you are doing AWESOME!!  Here's a workout to get you started.  If you are a beginner, there are modifications.  No matter what your fitness level is, you should be trying your hardest. Here's the workout breakdown: You need your Gymboss timer, your Ultimate Sandbag (my sandbag weighs 38 pounds).  You will also need a mat, a chair (I'm using a plyo box), and your Ugi ball. Part 1 Set your timers for 15 Rounds, 10 Seconds for Rest/50 Seconds for Work 1. 2x Row, 2x Push Ups 2. Burpees 3. Jump Tuck Rocket Launchers 4. Burpees 5. Ugi Toe Touches Part 2 Burn The Bridge Watch the video for instructions. You will be doing reps.  Start with 50, then 40, 30, 20, 10. Do it along with me and GET IT DONE!!!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
