Glowing Green Pregnancy Smoothie

My favorite healthy snack during my last pregnancy was my signature green smoothie. Not only did it fill me up, but it made sure that I and my baby got all of the nutrition that we both needed! I drank one before my workouts a few days per week. It also helped when I had a little morning sickness going on-sometimes, drinking a smoothie was all I could stand! I even premade a few DIY smoothie packs to make my morning a little easier.
Here is the recipe and you do not have to be pregnant to experience the benefits! It is for everyone!
Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe
  • One bunch or handful fresh kale
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • Ice (if preferred)
Blend it all and enjoy!
