Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo Friendly Protein Bread

Sometimes I miss a slice bread or a roll in the morning. I cut out all grains of my diet, so it´s very difficult to find a substitute for it. Now I find my heaven. You need only two ingredients. It´s gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo-friendly & protein-rich. Ingredients 9 oz almond butter 3 eggs Directions Preheat oven for 340 degrees F. Separat eggs, whip egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks with almond butter. Fold stiffened egg whites into mixture. Stir until batter is smooth. Fill into a bread ban and bake for 50 minutes. For variations  try some  herbs, spices, dried fruits or seeds.
