Granola Pumpkin Parfait

Greetings, Lisa-Marie BodyRock.Tv, DailyHiit, and your Facebook page have been great for helping me find new meal ideas. When I was looking for something different for breakfast, I decided to try the Granola Pumpkin Parfait (1500 cal. ver.) for a quick and easy breakfast bowl. The only hard part is not eating this every morning. Thank you, kindly!! . Ingredients: . 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Non-Fat Yogurt 1 Tbsp. Clover Honey 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/3 Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree 3/4 Cup Kashi Granola Ground Cinnamon (optional) . In a small bowl, mix yogurt, honey and pumpkin pie spice, top with pumpkin puree, add granola, and a dash of cinnamon on top. Best part of this recipe is just buying the ingredients once allows you to make this several times over. 22g protein 338 calories
