Green Bean Salad with Tuna & King Prawns

My daughter loves king prawns and tuna, but my men don't like. Every Friday he's on tour at evening and we create new recipes with fish and seafood. Serves: 3

This is what you need:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pin tuna in water
  • 1 onion
  • 8 oz king prawns
  • 14 oz green beans
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 4 tablespoons mixed herbs
  • (parsley, dill, chives)
  • sea salt
  • paprika powder
  • pepper
  • (parsley, dill, watercress, chervil, chives, sorrel, borage, burnet)
Flavor king prawns with sea salt, pepper and paprika powder. Peel the onion and cut in cubes. Heat the olive oil. Roast the king prawns and the onion. Take them out and roast the beans with salt. Mix oil and vinegar with herbs. Place tuna, king prawns, onion, green beans in a bowl and blend with dressing. You can enjoy cold or warm. Please share your recipes with fish and seafood.
