What is needed: 20-25 shrimp (this fed 3, shrimp were medium butterflied, you can use regular shrimp, butterflied are hard to find) 2 tsp Garlic olive oil ( regular olive oil will do or have fun flavored olive oils, such as tuscan herb olive oil and others) 1 tsp garlic powder ( more if using regular olive oil) 1/2 tsp sea salt What to Do: Place last three ingredients in a bowl and mix together. De-tail the shrimp under cool water. Dry shrimp with paper towel, then place shrimp in olive oil, mix and coat all shrimp by gently stirring. Skewer each shrimp on wood skewers so they lay flat on skewer to grill evenly. Warm grill to 400 degrees, place shrimp on the grill and turn heat to medium. Grill 3 min on one side and 2 min on the next side. Shrimp are done when pink all around. Serve with a salad, quinoa, or steamed vegetables to make a complete healthy dinner.
