Guilt-free Paleo Brownies
These brownies are so simple its silly! Completely flour-less, gluten and refined sugar free making this recipe a WINNER. I brought them to a potluck and everyone was asking for the recipe so I thought I would share it with the BodyRockers!
Ingredients:
4 large pastured eggs
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp sea salt
Optional: add a few chocolate chips or walnuts on top!
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix ingredients into a large bowl with a hand-held mixer.
Pour batter into square baking pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Let cool before eating!
