You know that feeling when a craving comes on. The heavy hunger, the insatiable need for a grilled cheese/bowl of pasta/bag of chips/tub of ice cream. Some of our worst craving moments come just after we've finished a workout or right when we're about to head to bed. These moments can have us wanting to throw in the towel and dive right in. But don't give up,  cravings are not impossible to resist!  You can fight through these cravings and rework your brain to want good-for-you foods. It doesn't take that much time or effort and suddenly you're reaching for carrot sticks over cookies. Check out these essential snack hacks for when you're feeling on the verge of a junk food binge.

When your sweet tooth is begging for chocolate ice cream: 

It's after dinner and your body knows that's the time when you usually get a little insulin spike in the form of chocolate ice cream (or whatever your dessert vice may be). It's time to forget about the liver damage, blood sugar ups and downs, and tooth decay that sweet things can cause. Leave the ice cream in the freeze and grab one of these options!
  • A banana with organic nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • Berries in plain yogurt with honey and granola
  • Organic dark chocolate squares
  • A smoothie with bananas, cocoa powder and berries

When you crave a good crunch: 

Sometimes we like the texture of a food more than its actual flavour. When you're in need of a crunch, you usually reach for chips and crackers. But try out these naturally crunchy bites instead!
  • Unsalted almonds
  • Carrots and celery with a hummus dip
  • A crisp apple with nut butter

When your stomach is growling and you need something quick:

You're too busy to cook a big meal, so you're scoping out  the fridge for something to grab. Don't reach for last night's pizza, try one of these amazingly fast options.

  • Protein smoothie
  • A tofu omelet with spinach and red peppers
  • Chickpea salad

When you're struggling to wake up or need energy for your big workout:

Just dragging yourself around and need a pick-me-up? Forget coffee or something sugar-filled. Go for one of these delicious snacks.
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Green kale smoothie
  • Dry roasted edamame
  • Whole grain cereal
  • Greek yogurt and berry smoothie

When it's midnight and you need something before bed: 

Late night snack sessions can be the true downfall of a good diet and exercise routine. This behaviour can throw off your metabolism and land you in a dreaded weight loss plateau. Try curbing this habit with these awesome late night snacks!
  • Camomile tea and raw honey
  • Blueberries in greek yogurt
  • Baked kale chips
  • A few strawberries dipped in vegan chocolate mousse

When you're so busy there is no time for a meal: 

We've all been there. Strapped for time in the morning and rushing out the door on an empty stomach. Again, this is detrimental to maintaining a healthy regimen so try these snack ideas when you're in a rush.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, shipping systems the world over are experiencing abnormal delays. There is an enormous demand on postal and delivery services as online shopping has skyrocketed, due to store closures and stay-at-home mandates. This is an unprecedented situation, and we are working around the clock to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. To be clear, we are filling orders in 4-6 days, and we are shipping immediately after that. Once shipped, our shipping partner, UPS, will get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Are you in Canada? Specifically, are you outside of a metropolitan centre? We need to alert you to a disruption in shipping due to COVID-19. Our preferred shipping provider, UPS, has informed us that they cannot guarantee express shipping for many locations. We have also seen that packages delivered to Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, etc, are not waylaid, but packages delivered to areas just outside of these cities are being held in transit for days or even weeks. UPS has discontinued their guarantee of 1-4 day delivery, which you can read more about here. Therefore, we can guarantee early fulfillment but not early delivery of our goods from our warehouse to your door at this time.


We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
