No sweatpants and tubs of ice cream for Gwen. The enviably fit and fabulous looking pop star (who is 46 if you can believe it!) has a better way to curb her emotions after her split from ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.   The No Doubt rocker confesses that using spiritual exercise has helped her heal her heart. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, boost your immune system and can even prevent added belly bulge from collecting around your waistline. It also eases the sting of loneliness and helps a person adjust to a new way of life. With Gwen's busy life of music, fashion and raising a family, she needs all the stress relievers she can take.   “[I’m] really trying to connect and be grateful, considerate, being present and living in the moment, and so that’s where I’ve put a lot of my exercise right now." the mom of three explains.   Of course, Gwen also channels a lot of energy into staying fit and maintaining a healthy diet. Her routine includes weightlifting, boxing and cardio. She sticks to a strictly organic diet featuring fresh, local produce.
