Gwyneth Paltrow Credits "Dance Cardio" for her Killer Bod

Gwyneth shows off the "best shape of her life" on the cover of Women's Health magazine. The 42 year old star says she is more confident about her body than ever before. And she owes it all to something called dance cardio. Dance cardio is taking Hollywood by storm. Started by Tracy Anderson, dance cardio is the go-to workout of Anne Hathaway and Kelly Ripa as well. It's been nicknamed Zumba's trendier little sister. These toning, sweat drenching workouts can be done at home or in class. Then she breaks into an hour of dance cardio, and follows up with a smoothie. “For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I’ll have whatever I want,” Paltrow dished. “Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes.” she tells the magazine. As for Gwen's youthful glow?
