Gwyneth Paltrow Has The Butt Of A "22-Year-Old Stripper!" We'll Tell You How She Got It!

Gwyneth Paltrow has not been messing around when it comes to her fitness routine. The 43-year-old mother of two, has been turning out intense workouts, taking her bottom from a saggy "mum bum" to the pert behind of a "22-year-old stripper!" Paltrow is working with trainer Tracy Anderson, who has established a rigorous training routine that has Paltrow working out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week! Like we said, Paltrow is not messing around! Anderson sent a video to Paltrow explaining that if she does 60 reps of each exercise on each leg, eventually doing so while wearing ankle weights, she will dramatically improve the look of her behind (need some ankle weights? Snag a pair here!). Paltrow shared the video to her lifestyle site, Goop, saying, "it’s really hard. But do it like she says to do it and I swear that in ten days you will see your butt change shape. I do it with 1lb ankle weights and then I do her Dance Aerobics DVD. Some days I hate it, some days I love it, but above all, I stick with it. The sticktoitivness is what it is all about." Anderson explained on Goop why her routine is so effective:
"With my method I go after restructuring your muscles so that they are designed to not only be strong but combat problem areas.  With this leg and butt series it is very important to do all of the reps and moves on one side then go to the other leg. I lay out my sequences to accomplish visible results.  I exhaust the large muscle groups, then call on the accessory muscles to become active and alert. This works wonders with skin tone and structure."
This is not the first time the pair have worked together. They first met in 2007 when Paltrow was looking to regain her figure after having her son, Moses. Of the experience, Paltrow writes, "I decided I’d had enough of my saddlebags and post-pregnancy Shar-Pei-like stomach. I met an incredible woman who changed my life. Her name is Tracy Anderson.
