This Gym Video Reminds Us Not to Take Life So Seriously

The gym is meant to be a place of exercise, a source of motivation and inspiration, and a haven for letting go of outside distractions and taking part in an environment that promotes health, happiness and, of course, lots of sweat. While it can sometimes lead to competition, the gym isn't meant to serve as a space where you cannot smile, laugh, say hello to a stranger, or do what everyone else is doing, and if you allow it to become that, it can get fairly boring pretty quickly. From using the treadmill to dance as well as do push-ups, to standing and laying on top of equipment to do cardio and ab exercises, the men in this gym video found ways to use their environment in a not-so-standard way. Mostly just comical relief, they also make you think ... Hm, maybe I should try that. But maybe before you do that, you should just take a load off and laugh at these guys trying to make a point: Being fit is great, and hitting up the gym is a great place to do it, but don't be a drag. Have some fun! Oh, and it's safe to say that some of these moves are probably not recommended by the fitness pros, and if you actually try them at the gym, you might notice the employees coming your way for a little gym 101 chat.
