Find your level and go all out for 6 rounds ! - Remember Stretch is an important part of any workout. Check out the Stretch Real Time video below for you to complete your workout. Go hard & don't stop until you hear that final beep !! BodyRock Real Time Workout - Beginners & Intermediates: [wobreakdown] Set your interval timer to 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. (Beginners try 30 seconds or take breaks and modify where needed) Repeat the below circuit for 6 rounds This is short but Intense !! So push hard for all 6 rounds !! 1) SANDBAG SUMO SQUAT - using the Pink Sandbag 2) PLANK KNEE TOUCH 3) SANDBAG SWING - using the Pink Sandbag 4) PLANK FLOOR JUMPS Intermediate & Advanced Real Time Workout:   Set your interval timer to 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. Go all out for 6 Rounds of the following exercises 1) 2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Sumo Squat - using the Pink Sandbag 2) 4 x Tuck Jumps + 4 x Tricep Push-Ups 3) Sandbag Swing - using the Pink Sandbag 4) 2 x Ski Abs, 2 x In & Out, 2 x Floor Plank Jumps Real Time Stretch Routine: This is one of the most important parts of your workout !! Always make sure you stretch :)
