Think you've got what it takes to be a six-pack superstar? This series is going to take a look at some of the hardest abs exercises around. If you can handle them, you're truly as ripped as you think you are! First up, an exercise created by the legendary Bruce Lee: the Dragon Flag. Not only is the move brutal for your abs, but it hits your back, legs, glutes, and hips as well. Keeping your entire core perfectly controlled as you move through this exercise is no joke!
Dragon FlagLie on a decline bench, grabbing the supports above your head. Tense your entire body, keeping your legs and back perfectly straight. Swing your feet into the air slowly, lifting them until only your shoulder blades remain on the bench. Your body should be aligned, with your back and legs as straight as possible. Repeat as desired (or as you can). Keep that body STRAIGHT!
