Hardcore Moves to Shred Your Abs #7: Standing Ab Wheel Rollouts

The Ab Wheel is already a pretty intense challenge, even if you're doing it on your knees or your feet. But doing it from a standing position makes it way more hardcore, and it's one NOT to take lightly--no matter how fit you are. 207_2 The fact that you're standing means that ALL of your weight will be on your hands and feet. The weight is in the air rather than near the floor, so it's much heavier than in a regular Ab Wheel Rollout.

Standing Ab Wheel Rollouts

Stand with your feet close together (not touching), holding the Ab Wheel in your hands. Bend at the waist to place the Ab Wheel on the floor, and, without bending your knees, roll the wheel forward until your body is parallel to the floor. Keep your knees perfectly straight as you pull the wheel toward you again, until it is in front of your feet.
