Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins

Moist and not too sweet, these chocolate chip banana bread muffins are tasty for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.   Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 small ripe Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • tbsp. Pure Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Milk
  • 1/2-cup walnuts and dark chocolate chips combined
Directions: 1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix all your dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Blend wet ingredients slowly and pour in dry ingredients.
