Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins
Moist and not too sweet, these chocolate chip banana bread muffins are tasty for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 small ripe Bananas
- 1/4 cup Honey
- tbsp. Pure Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Almond Milk
- 1/2-cup walnuts and dark chocolate chips combined
