Healthy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Hi BodyRockers,
Just in time for those days you need a chocolate fix!
For the chocolate: - 1 avocado - 2 tbp pure cocoa powder - 4-5 dates - 2 tsp of brown sugar . Mix all together in a blender until you have a smooth consistency (add water if necessary) For the yogurt: - 1 Greek yogurt - 1 tbp of shredded coconut - 1 tsp of vanilla essence - cinnamon powdered to taste - clove powdered to taste . Stir with a spoon until all incorporated. .
Layer all of the above as you wish. I used strawberries and poppy seeds to garnish. It also goes very well with banana topped with cinnamon.
