There’s always a healthier way to to make your favourite comfort foods. Here’s one of our favourite healthy cookie recipes. It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s delicious and it won’t waste your waistline.
You’ll need:3 ripe mashed bananas 1/3 cup applesauce 2 cups oats 1/4 cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Mix all the ingredients together and then bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes
Optional:1/2 cup raisins or dark chocolate chips. Of course, this will increase the sugar and calories in the cookies, but it’s still healthier than stuffing your face with store bought, processed alternatives.
