Dates are a great source of vitamins and minerals and will give a natural energy boost. They have also been known to improve hemoglobin counts. Because they are super sweet, you won't need to be adding any extra calories in the form of sweeteners! And bananas, what isn't good about a banana?   • Dates, de-seeded – 4-5
  • Banana, peeled and chopped – 1
  • Almond milk – 1 glass
Method Put everything in the blender and blend till you achieve a smooth consistency. You can add more milk if you want it to be more of a thin consistency.
