Healthy Weeknight Dinner In Under 30 Minutes!
I love meals that are heathy, delicious, but most of all EASY TO MAKE. Here's one of my favorite go-to meals that will have your spouse drooling-and thinking you spent hours slaving away in the kitchen!
Baked Curried Pork Chops with Seasme Garlic Broccoli & Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
Ingredients
For the pork chops:
•2 or 3 thick cut pork chops (boneless)
•3 tbsp curry powder
•1 tbsp olive oil
•salt/pepper to taste
For the broccoli:
•1 bag frozen broccoli (or fresh if you'd like)
•2 tbsp sesame oil
•1 tbsp garlic powder
•salt/pepper to taste
•toasted sesame seeds
For the sweet potato fries:
•1 bag Alexa brand sweet potato waffle fries (my favorite brand for home baked fries)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a pan with the olive oil. Lay the chops on the pan.
2. Sprinkle each chop with salt, pepper, and curry.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on the thickness)
4. While the chops are baking, place the broccoli in a pan and drizzle with sesame oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Prepare the sweet potato fries per bag directions.
