When it comes to meal prepping, it seems that keeping a salad for a week is practically impossible and that prepping a salad is a dead end. However, there IS a solution! Say goodbye to soggy salads! Followed by hearty items such as bigger veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, olives). 3. Next, top the hearty items with lighter items such as nuts, seeds, egg, bacon bits, etc! 4. Finally, at the very top, place your salad leaves.
