Hi-Lo Interval Circuit *WORKOUT*

One of my favorite ways of training is to pair a cardio style move with a weighted move (using weights for the most part). I feel it's great in raising my heart rate, building strength and endurance and also have the strength endurance I need as well, especially with all the running around I do with my 3 kids on a daily basis, including carrying my 27 pound 1 year old up and down our flight of stairs every day! With this workout, you have two options. Complete it as a rep workout doing 20 reps of every weighted move below, and then the specified number of reps below for each cardio move. Second option, is to do 1 minute of each exercise. I usually complete 1 minute of each, followed by 10 seconds of prep after each move. So for timer reference, set it for 60 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest and 16 rounds.  Go at your own pace and use a challenging weight!! I can't stress this enough. If you are banging out 30+ reps for each weighted move, the weight is too light.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
