Hiit Arms

This Arms set really got me this week! Hope you enjoy the workout and the results as much as I did! You will need weights and a mat. I used 10 lb. dumbbells for the Hammer Curls and Biceps Curls. Feel free to go up or down in your weight as needed.

Set 1:

20 Hammer Curls

10 Plank Ups (right arm leads)

10 Plank Ups (left arm leads)

20 Triceps Dips on mat

Set 2:

20 Biceps Curls

10 Plank Ups (right arm leads)

10 Plank Ups (left arm leads)

20 Triceps Dips on mat

Set 3:

20 Wide Biceps Curls

10 Plank Ups (right arm leads)

10 Plank Ups (left arm leads)

20 Triceps Dips on mat

Really pump this workout up by adding 10 Burpees between each set! Feeling frisky? Hiit it again!
