HIIT it Hard 40/10 Workout #5

How did you do on Day 1? Get to it here! Did you finish Day 2? Step to it! How about Day 3? Get to those climbers.... Day 4 was all about the reps baby! How did you do? Ready for Day 5?? Today we are mixing it up a bit again! Today being our last day of Hiit it Hard 40/10, I thought I would MIX the timed work with rep work. What does that mean? Well, you will still work in 40 seconds on, 10 seconds off, but this time every other exercise will be in rep format during the 40 seconds as you will understand seeing below. In between the rep work, you will follow it up with skipping rope or High knee sprints. If you are NOT a strong rope skipper, do the high knees for this time through. Make sure you are working at your MAX. Take breaks only during the 10 second rest periods if you can and make sure you are hydrating throughout. Hope you enjoyed this series and see you next time!
